The rules, (from Mac) which need to be posted:
"Name your three favourite prayers, and explain why they're your favourites.
Then tag five bloggers - give them a link, and then go and tell them they have been tagged. Finally, tell the person who tagged you that you've completed the meme. The Liturgy and the Sacraments are off limits here. I'm more interested in people's favourite devotional prayers."
My three favourite prayers are:
to whom God’s love commits me here,
ever this day be at my side,
to light and guard, to rule and guide.

My three favourite prayers are:
O Angel of God,
my guardian dear,to whom God’s love commits me here,
ever this day be at my side,
to light and guard, to rule and guide.
We say this every night with the lads, as it was said with us by our parents, fadó, fadó.
Prayer to Our Lady of All Nations
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father,
send now Your Spirit over the earth.
Let the Holy Spirit live in the hearts of all nations,
that they may be preserved from degeneration, disaster and war.
May the Lady of All Nations,
who once was Mary, be our Advocate. Amen.
I found this prayer in my kitchen. I think Mum must have left it there. I like the idea of Mary as being a unifying force throughout the world.
A prayer in my own words to St Thérèse
I consider her a friend who I talk to as a friend when I am troubled or thankful. Fittingly, I think she prefers us to speak our requests to her from our heart, rather than from set formula.
I am tagging
By the way, is it a 'Mee mee' or a 'meem'?

Thanks for the nomination Kee! I like this MEME. Coming up with prayers to share is a wonderful idea!
I like that you consider St. Therese to be a friend whom you can say anything to, whatever is in your heart, rather than a formula. That's my favorite way to pray as well!
Hi, I've completed the meme. Thanks for thinking of me.
Hello Kee
Great job! I like this prayer meme idea. It is nice to share prayers. I didn't have a clue what a 'meme' was so I had to google it. As well as the definition, they also say
that 'meme'rhymes with
'cream'. I haven't heard the word spoken yet so I will keep my ears open just in case. Thanks for taking part and God bless you.
Thanks for tagging me, Kee! I'll be back from vacation this weekend and try to get it up by Monday. It's a great idea for a meme. I think it's pronounced mem but I'm not positive ;)
I still pray the guardian angel prayer that you have here. I learned it when I was a little girl and I've taught it to my daughter. I chat with some of the saints like you, too!
Thanks for your encouraging remarks on my blog.
As far as gardens go, I think you've got more than enough on your plate at the moment with your two young'uns to look after and soon to be delivered of a new addition!
Everything looks better in photos (luckily) I don't take photos of the parched grass and the weeds!
I too have beent agged to do this meme ~ must get on to it!
Thanks for commenting on my blog, so I could discovery ours ~ it's a delight :)

Hi Kee. My post is up! Thanks again! http://annebender.blogspot.com/2010/07/my-three-favorite-prayers.html
Thanks, Kee! I'm finished and I really enjoyed doing this meme. I'm happy to finally learn how to pronounce meme, too, thanks to Breadgirl :)
Hi,
Just been tagged by Mary on this meme thing. I've put an explanation on my Blog.
God bless.
