I love your picture! Shamrocks do look like three little hearts.
I am at home now becaue of the death of my brother three weeks ago. However, we did celebrate last night. After Mass in the parish church there was Irish Stew, music & dancing in the parish room. Although it was tinged with a little sadness for us, it was a great evening. By the way, the church is named in honour of the great man himself, St Patrick, so what else could we do but celebrate.
Thank you for your sweet comments. I'm glad that you had a little celebration for St Patrick last night. Little did he know when he was stuck on that bleak mountain over 1500 years ago that people all over the world would be dancing and singing in his honour ;)
